Researchers say that as many as 70 percent of traditionally planted fruits and vegetables contain chemical toxins of up to 230 types. From this data, it is found that Strawberry becomes the most fruit containing the highest pesticide residue. So for those who want to consume it directly do not forget to be washed first to be clean.


Strawberry fruit contains various antioxidants, plant compounds, and vitamin C which is very beneficial for the health of the human body. The nutritional content of strawberry fruit is beneficial for the health of the body for example to maintain eye health, the cause of eye disease is a lack of certain nutrients/nutrition, free radicals and increasing age.
