How to Prevent Cavities

Perforated teeth are the most common cause of toothache. The hole in the tooth occurs due to the production of lactic acid by bacteria as the result of fermentation of carbohydrates, gulkosa, and sucrose. Perforated teeth can occur in children's teeth. Perforated teeth can be prevented by:

1. Do a good habit of brushing your teeth twice a day. Morning after breakfast and the night before bedtime.

2. Regularly checked your teeth every six months. In this way, the dentist can detect the holes in the teeth early and immediately take them.

3. Reduce consumption of foods with high sugar content. It is better to brush your teeth after consuming the food or gargle. Thus, there is no residual sugar sticking to the teeth.
